The Carine Primary School P&C has a membership base of parents/guardians who have paid a nominal $1 annual membership fee and submitted a membership form. A general meeting of members is held twice per term, in week 3 and week 7. Everyone is welcome to attend the meetings, but only financial members can cast votes. Membership is valid until the next Annual General Meeting (usually held in February). You can become a member at any time, simply by attending a meeting and paying your membership fee. Meeting dates are notified in the P&C Notifications, school newsletters and FB announcements. All members are emailed agendas for meetings (one week prior) and minutes of previous meetings. In between P&C meetings, the operation of the Carine Primary School P&C is managed by the Executive Committee, comprised of:
